CURRICULUM

Masters in Business Administration (MBA) programs are designed to teach students – via finance, accounting, etc. – to become successful by making decisions that maximize value. Young people in the juvenile justice system, for instance, often make life or death decisions without any training in strategic thinking. The GTA curriculum taps into young people’s inherent knowledge of their environment and equips them with business decision-making tools. Students sketch and analyze tradeoffs and over time envision alternatives for themselves and make better decisions about money, school, career, health, recreation and relationships.

If you are a high school teacher interested in using GTA tools to teach economics, contact Patricia Johnson.
