In 2015, Game Theory Academy raised $5,375 during East Bay Gives. That was our first year 
participating in the national day of local giving driven by community foundations nationwide, and we were overjoyed at how many new and returning donors responded to our call to action.
For East Bay Gives this year -May 3, 2016 – our goal is to keep the momentum going and raise more than we did last year. If we raise even one dollar more (Get it? $5,376!) the GTA Board of Directors will kick in an additional $2,500. Combined these funds will support 30 summer youth stipends – stipends that encourage youth to engage in positive activities that fuel their preparedness for the future. If we raise more, more youth benefit.
